Bonded Warehousing-WBLZ（WAIGAOQIAO LOGISTICS BONDED ZONE)
MOL Logistics (WBLZ) Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 and located in the Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. It is the first bonded warehouse invested by MOL Logistics Group in China, with three joint venture partners.

Our company was one of the first enterprises to settle in the Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, which was also the first free trade zone in China. The registered capital of our company is 2 million US dollars and has 40 employees. Over the past years, we have witnessed the development of logistics in the zone. Through continuous efforts and pursuit, we have improved the quality of services and obtained recognition from Shanghai Customs and various institutions. On December 21, 2021, after review by the Shanghai Customs of the People's Republic of China, we continued to pass the "Standards for Advanced Certification Enterprises by Customs" for a period of 5 years.

On the other hand, non-bonded warehouses require the payment of customs duties and other import-related taxes and fees when the goods are imported.

2. Nature of goods circulation: Goods in bonded warehouses have greater flexibility in terms of circulation and can freely move and trade within customs-supervised areas such as bonded zones. However, when these goods are sold in the domestic market, corresponding taxes need to be paid. Non-bonded warehouses, on the other hand, primarily deal with goods intended for sales and distribution in the domestic market.

3.
