During the sea transportation process, oversized goods cannot be loaded into general purpose containers, and special containers such as Open Top or Flat Rack will be used for transportation. This will cause the goods to be exposed during the sea transportation, resulting in moisture and water immersion. Therefore, in order to prevent such situations from occurring, customers are generally advised to vacuum and pack the goods with wooden boxes.
The basic operation process is as follows:
1) Lift the goods with a crane or other equipment and place them on a pre made wooden pallet
2) Cover the goods with tin foil and seal the edges
3) Use vacuum equipment to extract excess air from the cargo and seal it
4) Cover the equipment with wooden boards and make wooden boxes
5) Cover the exterior of the wooden box with waterproof rain cloth
