In May 2024, Shanghai Huajia Int’l FreightForwarding Co., Ltd (Hereinafter referred to as ‘Shanghai Huajia’ ) and MOLLogistics (WBLZ) Co., Ltd (Hereinafter referred to as ‘MLG-WBLZ’) successfully obtained the renewal of the ISO 9001 Quality Management Systemcertification!
ISO9001质量管理体系认证作为国际标准化组织的管理性质标杆，帮助企业提升产品与服务品质，增强客户满意度，并持续优化内部运营流程。上海华加国际货运代理有限公司与上海外高桥保税物流园区商船三井物流有限公司2016年3月起首次获得ISO 9001质量管理体系认证。2024年3月，公司开展内审及管理评审，对问题点进行了积极整改。2024年4月公司完成ISO外审及不符合项整改，2024年5月顺利通过认证延期的评估。此次新认证将激励公司持续改进，提升规范化水平。
The ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, as a benchmark formanagement quality set by the International Organization for Standardization,aids us in enhancing the quality of our management and services, increasingcustomer satisfaction, and continuously optimizing internal operationalprocesses. Shanghai Huajia and MLG-WBLZ first obtained the ISO 9001 QualityManagement System certification in March 2016.In March 2024, Shanghai Huajia and MLG-WBLZ conducted internal auditsand management reviews, and all the non-conformities items have been activelyrectified. In April 2024, Shanghai Huajia and MLG-WBLZcompleted external ISO audits and corrective actions for non-conformities, andin May 2024, we successfully passed the assessment for certification renewal.
This new certification will inspire us to continue improving andelevating our level of standardization.
